Ideas that embark

  When I was younger, the song "Reflection" from the movie "Mulan" resonated with me for a long time.  The feelings I feel from listening to that song inspired today's short poem.  However, that only begs the question for myself: "When will my reflection show, who I am inside"

  As humans, sometimes we hide behind a mask to live up to the expectations that we put on ourselves.  But, I am starting to learn that:  "To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom."  -Socrates

  No matter how different the words may seem; "retrospection" and "introspection". The connection between the two is unparalleled.
